At ButterflyGigi, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the handmade, custom, and personalized nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item is required.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • We made an error in the customization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, spellings, and personalization details are entered correctly at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund, at our discretion

Once reviewed, we may advise:

  • USPS damage claim

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Custom and personalized orders may not be canceled once materials have been ordered or production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

ButterflyGigi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist with providing tracking information.
