Thank you for shopping with ButterflyGigi! We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the order.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
-Expedited shipping does not expedite the order's preparation time.
Shipping Carrier
ButterflyGigi ships all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected USPS shipping service
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping for orders total $75 or more, codes DO NOT combine.Ā
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical USPS delivery times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2ā5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1ā3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1ā2 business days

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, ButterflyGigi cannot guarantee address changes or package interception.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
ButterflyGigi is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by USPS
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier service interruptions
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly and providing your tracking number.
Ā Butterflygigi is not responsible once placed in USPS possession.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the USPS system.
International Shipping
At this time, ButterflyGigi currently ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
