-Expedited shipping does not expedite the order's preparation time.

USPS: standard shipping, expedited shipping available.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times for each shipping method and destination per USPS.  These are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking:
Orders can be tracked once order has been shipped. Tracking numbers or links will be provided. 

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If item received is damaged, please email info@butterflygigi.com for a resolution. If package is damaged, please file a claim with USPS.
If item states Delivered, but not received, please contact USPS. Butterflygigi is not responsible once placed in USPS care.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
If a package is returned, due to failed delivery attempts and ButterflyGiGi is contacted, package can be resent with customer paid shipping. Please check shipping address prior to payment.

No Returns accepted. All Sales are final.
If you receive your items and there is damage, please reach out to handle the matter by email info@butterflygigi.com.
 If it is damaged by USPS, please file a claim. Owner not responsible once USPS is in possession of package.
